In our work together, I gently weave in mindfulness practices. Simple tools to help you reconnect with your body, steady your emotions, and find practical ways to cope with life’s challenges.

Talk Therapy

If you think that creating art isn't suitable for you, we can simply have a conversation! This where Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) interpersonal, strengths based  and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) can be helpful.

Mind-Body Connection

Somatic practices are all about tuning into our bodies, where all our emotions hang out. We often hear “feel your feelings,” but actually doing it can be tough. Simple stuff like breath can really help us connect with our emotions.
