Therapy Services in Toronto & Ontario

You don’t have to know exactly what kind of therapy you’re looking for before you begin.

I offer individual psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults in Toronto and virtually across Ontario.

You might be looking for support with neurodivergence, chronic illness or pain, identity, relationships, grief, anxiety, stress, or burnout. Or you might simply know that something isn’t working and you’d like a space to figure out what you need.

My approach is collaborative, creative, and flexible. Explore the options below to learn more about working together.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationships, identity, life changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before you begin.

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

Therapy for children, teens, and adults exploring neurodivergence, masking, burnout, sensory experiences, executive functioning, relationships, identity, and everyday demands.

A flexible approach that works with your brain rather than expecting you to fit one particular way of doing therapy.

Queer-Affirming Therapy

A space for queer and LGBTQ+ children, teens, and adults to explore relationships, gender, sexuality, identity, grief, stress, or whatever else is happening in your life.

Your identity can be part of the conversation when it matters without needing to become the explanation for everything you’re experiencing.

Chronic Illness & Pain Therapy

Support for the emotional, relational, and identity-related parts of living with chronic illness, chronic pain, changing capacity, and ongoing health needs.

This can include experiences related to Type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, medical stress, grief, exhaustion, and navigating life in a body whose needs may change.

Expressive Arts Therapy

Therapy that makes room for creativity alongside conversation.

Depending on what feels useful to you, sessions might include visual art, writing, movement, imagery, sound, or other forms of creative expression. No artistic experience is needed.

Prefer to Move While We Talk?

During the warmer months, I also offer Walk & Talk sessions in Toronto and Etobicoke for clients who prefer having therapy outdoors while moving.

Not Sure Where You Fit?

You don’t need to choose the “right” service before reaching out.

Many of these experiences overlap, and we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy during a free 20-minute consultation. If my approach seems like it might fit what you’re looking for, we can figure out where to start together.
